5 PRACTICES TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE

Moses (my dog) and I took a 5 mile walk around Lake Fayetteville yesterday.  This is something we commonly do on Thursdays or Fridays, and we absolutely love it.  

It's so good for the soul to get outside for more than 5 minutes.  Sunshine beating down on your skin, your feet hitting the ground over and over and over, smiling and saying hello to people as you cross paths... each of these things literally causes positive biological changes in your body that boost your lymphatic system, brain health + happiness, and immune system, just to name a few.  

It also gives me time to think.  As I was reflecting over the past few years of my life... and where I want to go in the next few years, a few things came to mind that have helped me BEGIN to become who I want to be... who I am MADE to be.
